What we offer?

Chiropractic care is a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on the relationship between the spine and the nervous system. As chiropractors, we believe that proper alignment of the spine is essential for overall well-being, as misalignments can disrupt nerve function and lead to a variety of health issues. Through manual adjustments and other techniques, chiropractors work to restore proper alignment to the spine, relieving pressure on nerves and promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

This non-invasive and drug-free approach makes chiropractic care suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds.

A chiropractor can help potential patients by addressing a wide range of health concerns, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, and joint stiffness. By restoring proper alignment to the spine, we can not only alleviate pain but also improve mobility and function, allowing patients to live life to the fullest.

Additionally, chiropractic care can enhance overall wellness by boosting immune function, reducing stress, and improving sleep quality. So whether you’re seeking relief from a specific condition or looking to optimise your health and performance, we can tailor a treatment plan to meet your individual needs and goals, helping you achieve optimal health naturally and without the use of drugs or surgery.

Applied Kinesiology is a technique that was developed in 1964 by a Chiropractor called Dr George Goodheart.

Applied Kinesiology (or AK as practitioners refer to it) uses muscle testing to direct the Chiropractor to find the underlying cause/s of a presenting symptom within the body, be that structural, biochemical or emotional. Identifying the potential root cause of a symptom can help the patient hold applied structural corrections for longer.

To practice AK, one must first obtain a university degree in an approved mode of primary health care such as chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy or medicine. After that, a certificate course of over 100 hours classroom study is undertaken.
